What are Mood Masks made of?
Ribbed cotton knit. It's warm, soft, stretchy and breathable, so you stay cozy on the lift without overheating.
Will it fit me?
The elastic rib knit stretches to hug your head, face and neck comfortably.
Can I wear it with goggles and a helmet?
Yes. The open eye area sits under your goggles and the mask fits under a ski or snowboard helmet.
Which moods are available?
Six: Happy (cream), Crazy (black), Angry (red), Sleepy (blue), Savage (black) and Goofy (pink).
How do the bundle discounts work?
Mix any moods in your cart and the discount applies automatically: 2 masks save 15%, 3 masks save 20%, 4 or more save 25%.
How fast is shipping?
Shipping is free on every US order. Orders ship from the USA and usually arrive in 5–7 business days, with tracking sent by email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Orders ship from the USA and international orders usually arrive in 7–14 business days. Shipping is free to Canada, the UK, Germany, France, Austria and Switzerland. Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Email us as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
What if my mask arrives damaged or I got the wrong mood?
Email credviagroup@gmail.com with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.
How do I return an item?
You can return an unused, unworn item within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and follow the steps on our Returns & Refunds page.
