Shipping & Returns

Shipping in the USA

Every US order ships free, with tracking. Orders ship from within the USA and usually arrive within 5–7 business days (about one week).

International shipping

We also ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Austria and Switzerland, with free shipping. International orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days.

Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weekends, public holidays, customs, weather or carrier delays.

Order tracking

You'll receive your tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow a few hours for tracking to become active.

Shipping address

Please make sure your address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at credviagroup@gmail.com. We can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped.

Late or missing deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, check your tracking first. If tracking hasn't updated or you think the parcel is lost, email us with your order number and we'll investigate and either resend your order or refund you in full.

Returns & refunds

You can return an unused, unworn item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are always covered. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full step-by-step process.

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. We can't guarantee cancellation once an order has shipped; in that case the normal return process applies.
