Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Austria and Switzerland. All orders ship from within the USA.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order to these countries. There is no minimum spend.

Delivery time

• United States: usually 5–7 business days (about one week).
• International: usually 7–14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weekends, public holidays, customs, weather or carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You’ll receive your tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow a few hours for tracking to become active.

Shipping address
Please check that your address is complete and correct before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at credviagroup@gmail.com. We can’t guarantee changes once an order has shipped.

Late or missing orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, check your tracking link first. If tracking hasn’t updated or you think your parcel is lost, email us at credviagroup@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll investigate and either resend your order or refund you in full.

Taxes and duties

• United States: applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• International: prices shown include VAT where required. Import duties or customs fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
