Welcome to Mood Masks. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mood Masks website, online store, products and related services ("Services"). By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Mood Masks

Mood Masks is operated by CREDVIA GROUP LLC and sells knitted ski balaclavas and related products to customers in the United States. Our store is powered by Shopify. "Mood Masks", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the Mood Masks online store; "you" refers to anyone who uses our website or buys from us.

2. Use of our website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not use it for fraud, to interfere with its security or operation, to introduce malicious code, to attempt unauthorized access, to collect information about other users without permission, or to impersonate another person. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.

3. Product information

We aim to describe our products, prices and images accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. Lifestyle images show how the products can be worn. We may update product information from time to time.

4. Product use and care

Mood Masks are fashion and cold-weather accessories. They are not safety or protective equipment and do not replace a helmet or other protective gear. Follow any care instructions supplied with the product.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy the selected products. An order confirmation email confirms we received your order, not that it has shipped. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price or description contains an obvious error, payment can't be authorized, we suspect fraud, or delivery can't be completed to the address given. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Shipping is free on every US order. Prices may change, but a change won't affect an order we have already accepted. Payments are processed by Shopify and/or third-party payment providers, whose own terms may also apply.

7. Discounts and promotions

Bundle discounts are applied automatically in the cart based on the number of masks in your order. Discounts and promotions may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

8. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Order cancellations

To cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at credviagroup@gmail.com. We can't guarantee cancellation once an order has shipped; in that case the normal return process applies.

11. Intellectual property

Our branding, logos, mask designs, images, videos and text are owned by or licensed to Mood Masks. You may use our website for personal shopping only and may not copy or reuse our content commercially without permission.

12. Reviews and content you submit

If you send us a review, photo or video, you confirm you have the right to share it and allow Mood Masks to display it on our website and marketing. We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing.

13. Third-party services

Our website may link to or use third-party services such as payment, shipping and social media providers. They operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Website availability

We aim to keep our website available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mood Masks is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

17. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States.
